  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or via store credit (if applicable)

5. Exchange Options

  • We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect products
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Subject to product availability

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

  • Replacement (preferred), or
  • Full refund (if replacement is not available)

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened products (especially beauty/personal care items due to hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards or promotional items

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost
  • For all other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund or borne by the customer
