- We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect products
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

- Share clear photos/videos as proof

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

8. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost
- For all other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund or borne by the customer
